Halk between Lillebælt, Nature and History

Hiking on the Camino Haderslev Næs

The marked Camino Haderslev Næs passes through Halk Church and is just under 95 km long. Stage 6 covers 15 km from Øsby Church to Halk Church. Markers consisting of wooden posts with the route logo, as well as small signs with the logo and arrows, indicate the way.

Halk Church consists of a Romanesque chancel and a Romanesque nave. The church also contains a Gothic iron baptismal font, made in 1491 by the Flensburg master founder Peter Hansen.
