After damage and closure in 2008, the building was secured in stages. The municipality documents work on the structure in 2011 and 2012, and on the façade and gables in 2017. Educational trail along the Ohře

The site is now described as a hydroelectric plant. There is no evidence of a publicly accessible mill museum or regular interior tours. The historical connection should therefore be distinguished from what is offered to visitors.
