Čakovice Château was created in 1735 by renovating an earlier fortress. The Zámecká noc is held annually in its courtyard.

Culture and History

The Church of St. Remigius in Čakovice was built in the Neo-Romanesque style and is the only church of this name in the Czech Republic. Classical music concerts are held in the church. The former Čakovice sugar refinery was built by the Schoeller family in the mid-19th century.
