Culture

Château Cihelny is an architecturally striking villa, not an actual château. The Château Cihelny villa was built in 1890 according to designs by the Viennese architects Fellner and Helmer.

Nature

Château Cihelny is located in the Slavkovský les Protected Landscape Area. This area is home to Moučné pytle, a protected natural monument that preserves the block separation of granite. The site lies approximately 2 km west of Cihelny in the Teplá valley and comprises a series of granite outcrops and rock cliffs, some of which are up to 7 m high.

From the Cihelny stop, a yellow-marked tourist route leads 3.5 km with an elevation gain of 140 m to the Svatošské skály rocks. Cihelny railway station is integrated into the public transport system.

Golf

The Cihelny Golf & Wellness Resort has a professional 18-hole golf course with a par of 70. The Gary Player Course in Cihelny was created by the Gary Player Design Company. The golf course also includes a putting green and a chipping green.

At the driving range in Cihelny, beginners can practise their swings and putting; clubs are provided free of charge.

Wellness

The Château Cihelny wellness centre includes a swimming pool with views of the surrounding nature, a whirlpool, a Kneipp path and three saunas: a steam sauna, a salt sauna and a Finnish sauna. The wellness centre is also open to the public.
