Kaštel Štafilić is home to the sea captain’s fortress built in 1508, known as Castle Rotondo, and the unfinished Nehaj Tower, whose construction began in 1548. At high tide, the tower has a particularly atmospheric appearance; it can then look as though it is floating on the sea.

Following renovations to an earlier church, the church in Kaštel Štafilić has a Baroque appearance. It houses a religious icon from the 16th century, traditional gold jewellery from Kaštela, and statues of Saint Blaise and Saint Lucy by Marin Studin.

The ancient Mastrinka olive tree grows in Kaštel Štafilić. It is believed to be more than 1,500 years old, was declared a natural monument in 1990, and its annual olive harvest is processed into oil, which is bottled in replica glass lacrymatories.
