The Čikola cycling route passes through the protected Čikola area, near minefields by Kašići and Kerić, and partly runs along the DC33 between Žitnić and Drniš.
Near Kaočine, a circular hiking trail runs along the lower reaches of the Čikola, offering views of karst cliffs and the river. The trail is equipped with rest areas and viewpoints. Access and parking are located approximately 10 km from Drniš on the Ključ–Pakovo Selo road.
