Jadruhi: Apartments and Holiday Homes
Jadruhi is located on Croatia’s state road D21 between Pula and Buje. Directly on the main road stands the two-part Chapel of St. Mary of Health, built in 1908. It contains a high altar, niches with saints, a life-size Holy Sepulchre and wooden figures of Austrian gendarmes.
Renting a holiday apartment in Jadruhi is a natural choice for a stay in the area.
Getting Around
On the 102 Trail of Delicious Flavours and Adventures, the route leads from Baškoti towards Jadruhi, continues for two kilometres to Brig and then descends along a forest path to the former Parenzana railway line. The 102 Trail of Delicious Flavours and Adventures is connected to several other routes; cyclists should follow its markings to avoid taking a wrong turn. The Trail of Delicious Flavours and Adventures also follows the former Parenzana railway line towards Lašići and then turns from Baškoti towards Jadruhi.
Food and Wine
Housed in traditional Istrian architecture, Konoba Jadruhi offers guests a family-run experience centred around food and wine. Family members make pasta, produce wine and prepare the dishes. The Jadruhi agrotourism offering includes home-produced Istrian prosciutto, pljukanci, njoki, fuži and Boškarin dishes, as well as homemade bread, fritule and kroštule. Traditional Istrian wines and homemade brandies are also available.
