Mugeba: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Culture and History

The Mugeba Cultural Heritage Walk 2026 began at the Društveni dom in Mugeba. The 2026 programme of the Poreč Heritage Museum introduced participants to the cultural and historical heritage around Mugeba.

The Mugeba–Martin Vrh hillfort dates from the Eneolithic to the Early Bronze Age. The cultural heritage site of St Michael the Archangel in Mugeba dates from the 16th century and later periods.

Wine and Tradition

At Vinarija Perun, visitors can taste Perun wines. The Perun vineyard is located in Mugeba, about 800 metres from the sea.

The Feast of St Michael is traditionally celebrated in Mugeba; the festivities include a Mass and a community gathering.

Mornarica–Mugeba is a county road in the Poreč area.

In the nearby area, in Pudarica on the road from Poreč towards Dračevac and Mugeba, archaeological investigations identified a well-preserved early Christian church dedicated to St Peter. Its oldest layer dates from the 6th century.
