Martinski is home to the Baroque Lazzarini-Battiala estate residence and several historic churches. The Lazzarini-Battiala estate residence was built in the early 18th century and is described as one of the most representative examples of this type of architecture in Labinština. Lazzarini-Battiala Palace comprises six apartments, a wine cellar or tavern, and an Istrian fireplace. The Lazzarini estate complex in Sveti Martin is listed under protection designation Z-2473.
Culture
The parish church of St. Martin, built in 1907, was constructed on the site of an older church. It has a single-nave interior, two side chapels, an unplastered Neo-Romanesque façade, and no bell tower. The Church of Our Lady of Health, built in 1630, stands on the outskirts of Sveti Martin next to the former Lazzarini castle. It is a vernacular Baroque church with a porch and a Baroque bell gable with two bells.
The cemetery is home to the Chapel of St. Catherine, a small rectangular chapel with a pitched roof.
Outside Martinski, at the entrance to Labin, lies Dubrova Sculpture Park. Covering more than 30 hectares, it offers an open-air art and nature experience with stone sculptures and seasonal cultural events.
Cycling
Martinski (Sveti Martin) is the starting point and destination of cycle route 443, Stazom Svetog Martin / Baron's Trail. The area around the Trail of Saint Martin / Baron's Trail is characterised by terra rossa soils and vineyards where wine is produced.

Kaštel Pineta offers traditional local cuisine as an agrotourism experience. The restaurant serves local specialities made exclusively from its own produce. Kaštel Pineta also includes a large indoor swimming pool in a natural setting.
