Dvorac Miljana stands on a slope east of the Sutla within the Municipality of Zagorska Sela and is listed as protected immovable cultural heritage under designation Z-2238. Near Bojačno in Krapina-Zagorje lies Špičak, an elevated archaeological settlement with settlement horizons from the Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age. Culture

The Old School building in Zagorska Sela is protected immovable cultural heritage under designation Z-2765. It is also a two-storey building from the late 19th century with historicist details.

The parish church of Saint Catherine stands on a hill above the road from Klanjec towards Miljana and Veliki Tabor. It was built in 1691 on the foundations of an older church and contains a wooden Baroque statue of Saint Catherine from 1649, figures on the Baroque pulpit and organs from 1864. The bell tower was built in 1829; on the adjacent hill stands an 18th-century manor house belonging to the Galjuf family.

The cross-border Sutla tourism zone in the vicinity of Zagorska Sela is focused on hiking and cycling trails as well as waterways, allowing visitors to explore sights on both sides of the Croatian-Slovenian border. The Sutla cycling route runs through the Sutla Valley via Zagorska Sela along the Slovenian border.

A Stations of the Cross route leads from an 18th-century parish house to the Church of St. Anne, a single-nave church on a high plateau in Poljana Sutlanska.

The surrounding area of Zagorska Sela includes Pišečki grad, SpiČek, Vrenski Zob, Kuna Gora and Bohor. Novi Dvori lies in the wider regional area. The Church of St. Martin also stands on a hill outside Bojačno.
