Horse-riding trail 11 runs through Hruševec between Ranch Zara and Gupčeva lipa; one direction of horse-riding trail 11 takes 2 hours and 30 minutes. After passing through Hum Zabočki, horse-riding trail 5 reaches the Mirt estate in Hruševec.

Horse-riding trail 6 connects Hruševec with Podgorje Bistričko in Marija Bistrica and follows the edge of the Krapina Valley towards the northern foothills of Medvednica.

Geographical location

Donja Stubica is connected to the D307 state road as well as to local roads linking the town with Marija Bistrica, Oroslavje and Zabok. Donja Stubica also has a railway station on the Zagreb–Zabok–Gornja Stubica railway line.
