The municipality’s location below the Dilj Mountains shapes its setting. These contrasting landscapes give the surroundings their own character. In Brodski Stupnik stands the Captain’s House, a well-preserved building constructed in 1828. In Lovčić, the history of St. Martin’s Church goes back even further: it was built in 1167 and renovated in 1756. A former school in Lovčić was converted into the Sv. Martin Interpretation Centre, where visitors can learn about the village’s past and traditions, as well as the significance of Saint Martin. Architectural history and local traditions thus come together at this site.
Other historical and religious landmarks can be found in various parts of the municipality. Today’s St. Joseph’s Church in Stari Slatinik was built in 1894. The Stari Slatinik Stations of the Cross, a religious attraction, are located in the Obrijež forest. South of Brodski Stupnik, the remains of the fortified settlement of Gradište lie in Mrsunjski lug. They date from the 10th to the 18th century. In Stupničko brdo, Villa Štrba was built around 1930, featuring elements of Romanticism and the Hungarian Secession. Together, these sites offer different ways to explore religious, architectural, and older history.
Cycling route, wine, and Slavonian cuisine
The municipality’s tourist infrastructure includes the “4 Kapelice” cycling route. Cycling can therefore be a focus of your stay; the route adds an active way to spend your holiday to the region’s cultural and scenic attractions. No specific route or distance is described here.

The “40th Stupnička berba grožđa” in Brodski Stupnik showcased grape-harvesting traditions on 12 September 2026.
The next of the listed events is the “Drum drumila” singers’ gathering, held by the PS Drumarice singing group in Brodski Stupnik on 17 October 2026.
