The Kneipp Mirnock Panorama Circular Trail starts in Gschriet and leads through Gschriet and Glanz, as well as through dense forests and across sunny meadows. It also passes numerous mountain farms operated by the Mirnock farmers. In this way, the trail combines nature and regional agriculture without limiting you to just one type of landscape.

Along the Kneipp Panorama Circular Trail, there are hand-washing and water-treading basins. Since 2021, one of seven yoga platforms along the Kneipp Mirnock Panorama Circular Trail has also been located near Renate's Inn. In the herb garden at Spielerhof, visitors can see and smell medicinal plants. These stations add specific discoveries to a hike and provide opportunities for breaks where the distance covered is not the only focus.

The Star Balcony as a Special Destination

The Star Balcony is located on the Mirnock in the Gschriet-Glanz area of Ferndorf. The place gives the impression of floating between the mountain and the lake. Those who arrive in Gschriet at the end of the Via Paradiso enjoy an impressive view of Lake Millstatt from the Star Balcony. This gives the longer hike a clear destination, while the Star Balcony is also present in Gschriet as a special landscape experience in its own right.

In addition to the hiking trails, the Star Trail offers another way to experience the surroundings through sport. The Star Trail is a technically challenging singletrack for experienced bikers. If you are travelling with several people, you can therefore take different interests into account when choosing your location: while some may prefer a shorter trail or the panoramic trail, experienced bikers may opt for a technically demanding route.
