One individual dance from this tradition also has official UNESCO status: Kcimi i Vendit from Tropojë was added to UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in December 2024.

The Tropoja Historical Museum presents the history, culture and everyday life of Tropoja through collections of various objects. Its premises contain historical relics relating to regional events and important personalities.

Cuisine

The traditional cuisine of Tropoja is based primarily on livestock products, especially meat and dairy products. Characteristic dishes include Qervishi, Flia, Pitja, Laknuri, Kacamaku and Qeshkeku.

Local farms in Tropoja invite visitors to pick raspberries and blueberries. They also offer livestock-related experiences, including the production of cheese and Gjizë. In addition, visitors can take walks through chestnut groves with tastings of their chestnut products.
