Fieschertal is a village and municipality in Switzerland, in the Goms district of the canton of Valais.

Nature

The village lies in the valley of the Wysswasser River, which flows from the Fiescher Glacier towards the Rhône.

The municipality includes high mountains and large glaciers, including part of the Aletsch Glacier and the entire Fiescher Glacier.

History
