The circular hike “Balade à Glovelier” takes 1 hour and 35 minutes and includes 235 metres of ascent and descent. It passes a small oratory and an orchard.

Culture

The Chapelle de Bonabé de Glovelier was built in 1874 during the Kulturkampf. It was blessed in 1876. The chapel is a shrine dedicated to Our Lady of Lourdes.

Trails and railway

The “Le Pré-Petitjean–Glovelier” route follows the Le Tabeillon stream and ends in Glovelier. It passes the CJ stop at La Combe Tabeillon before reaching Glovelier.

The “Au fil du Tabeillon” route follows the Tabeillon between Glovelier and Le Prépetitjean. It leads into a gorge with an old mill and an old waterwheel before reaching the Bollement pond.

The “En passant par la Caquerelle” route begins at Glovelier railway station and leads through the Combe du Bé to the Jura corniche near Bosnier.

A journey with the Chemins de fer du Jura takes you on the red train from Glovelier station through the Combe Tabeillon towards Saignelégier.
