Pineta amid orchards and active days

Pineta is also known as Steinmannwald and is surrounded by orchards. Viticulture and apple cultivation play an important role in Pineta. In addition to the orchards, viticulture and apple cultivation, paths, sports grounds and cultural venues are other specific features of the village.

Hiking trails and cycling routes with clear connections

Trail no. 12A starts in Pineta and leads directly to the Albergo Rechtebner. At the Albergo Rechtebner, this trail crosses the high-level trail from Laives, trail no. 12. The connection can be planned as a separate section or linked to the high-level trail from Laives at the Albergo Rechtebner.

A mountain-bike tour starts in Pineta, passes through Aslago and Colle, and reaches La Costa. The route follows a clear sequence from Pineta via Aslago and Colle to La Costa. This means that the starting point, intermediate locations and destination can be considered separately when planning a cycling tour.

The redesigned Brennerstraße in Pineta includes a park as well as a footpath and a cycle path. At Brennerstraße, the park, footpath and cycle path come together as three specific elements of Pineta’s townscape.

Sports grounds and playground in Pineta

The sports zone in Pineta has two tennis courts and a padel court. The three courts form a dedicated area for tennis and padel, with a clear focus on racket sports. Tennis and padel thus remain separate as a sporting theme from the village’s hiking and cycling connections.

The Pineta playground on Via Brennero gives children the opportunity to play outdoors with several play structures.

Culture between theatre and modern church architecture

The theatre series “Teatro in Pineta” has been announced for its 27th edition in the 2026/2027 season. This provides a cultural theme from the 2026/2027 season for travel planning.
