The Santuario Beata Vergine di Hal dates from the first half of the 17th century and stands on the remains of an older church, the “S. Maria di Buzzignano extra muros”. The windmill was later converted for grinding wheat and remained in operation until 1630.

The Anduma e Tas-Tuma fair, held again in Murazzano in 2025, focused on native livestock farming, Murazzano DOP and top-quality gastronomic products.

GTL Stage 08 connects Murazzano and Bossolasco via the ridge road of Passo della Bossola.
