The Foghera Mine lies at about 900 meters above sea level above Oneta, near the hamlet of Plazza. It preserves evidence of historic mining techniques that are no longer used today. The mine has been restored and redeveloped for tourism. It can be reached via a road suitable for tour buses. The parking area is about 200 meters away and has toilets and a refreshment facility. The Valle Giulia–Monte Grem trail is approximately 1,500 meters long and runs between elevations of 760 and 1,050 meters. Its themes range from natural history and geology to history and religion. Along CAI Trail 239, information boards provide details about the mine, the pond ecosystem, the forest and the alpine pasture. For this trail, Plazza di Oneta, at 923 meters above sea level, is designated as a parking area.
