The Panoramica walking trail also begins in Brengon, leads to Messelod and then continues along a high-altitude trail to the village of Veuillen.

Zerbion and alpine forest trails

The route from Brengon to Zerbion begins in Brengon, leads via Champcellier and Col Portola, and continues to the summit of Zerbion. From the summit, the view extends across the entire Aosta Valley and towards the main mountain ranges. The route therefore combines a succession of consecutive stages with an expansive landscape view.

The Brengon–Mont Tantané–Col Pilaz–Artaz circular trail leads from Brengon towards Mont Tantané through a dense, typically alpine forest. On the descent are Col Pilaz, the Panchina Gigante and Lago di Crous.

The Brengon–Promiod hiking route passes through broad managed meadows and predominantly fir forest to the alpine pasture of Parapromiat. It therefore focuses on a different landscape from the dense alpine forest of the circular trail.

Communal ovens and bread festivals

The communal ovens continue to be fired on the occasion of the traditional Festa del Pane – “Du blé au pain” and the cross-border festival “Lo Pan Ner”. The names of the two festivals make the connection between bread, festival culture and regional tradition immediately apparent.
