In the centre of Üllés stands the Páduai Szent Antal Templom. It was consecrated in 1900 in honour of Saint Anthony of Padua. The new Páduai Szent Antal Templom was consecrated on 1 April 2001.

Culture
The present-day Alkotóház in Üllés was established in 2000. Its roots date back to the opening of the former cultural centre in 1962. The Alkotóház is dedicated to preserving folk art traditions.
Nature
Üllési Horgásztó is located north-west of the centre of Üllés, next to the road towards Kiskunhalas. Its surroundings are well maintained and designed like a park, making them suitable for recreational activities such as barbecuing and cooking in a kettle. A fishing competition is traditionally held every year around Üllési Horgásztó.
A walk along the Írisz Tanösvény takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Information boards at the stations provide information about local landscape features, including the Siberian iris.
History
Üllés continues to be a municipality characterised by farmsteads. The municipal area is divided into a compact town centre and a sparsely populated outlying area.
There were already 1748 farmsteads in Üllés; by 1787, their number had risen to 153.
