Winter sports

The Jonquilles black run in Le Corbier offers freeride experiences in a marked and secured environment. In Le Corbier and neighbouring La Toussuire, there are also 28 km of cross-country ski trails that are free to access. The loops are 1 to 6 km long and range from green to red difficulty levels.

Le Corbier offers expansive views of the Aiguilles d’Arves. The buildings in Le Corbier are named after famous space stations and were created in 1969, during a defining era of the Space Age.

Activities

Summer activities in Le Corbier include mountain biking, walking and horse riding. The Parcours spatial is a family route with modules for observation, reflection and drawing conclusions, as well as coded messages about the origins of the Le Corbier resort.

“Max et les animaux de la montagne” starts at the Le Corbier equestrian centre and follows a route with puzzles to solve, along with play and educational modules.

Water

Le Corbier’s heated outdoor swimming pool has a 25-metre pool, a paddling pool and water activities with mountain views. In addition to recreational swimming, the heated outdoor pool offers Aquabike rental, aquagym classes and swimming lessons.

Getting around

The Le Corbier Tourist Office is located in the centre of the resort, within walking distance of all the resort’s accommodation, and provides information about activities, events, as well as the practical maps and guides available. La Bellevue, a 7.4 km medium-difficulty mountain-bike route (blue), also starts there.

Le Corbier is 25 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne and its train station.
