Historical evidence includes the “Tour dite Tour des Templiers”: its façades and roofs were listed as a historic monument by decree of 28 December 1984.
Au Grès des Arts opens its art studio to anyone interested. The studio offers, among other things, pottery, modelling, mosaics, painting and floral art. For several years, the association “Au Pied de Ma Tour” has taken part in the Journées du Patrimoine held in September.

The Voroize is a small watercourse that flows down from the Plateau de Montaud. The Bec de l'Échaillon is a rocky outcrop overlooking the Isère gorge. The Belvédère de l'Échaillon offers views over the Pays Voironnais and the Chambarans.
Paths
The Bec de l'Échaillon is easy to reach on foot from Veurey-Voroize. A suggested walk to the Chapelle Saint-Ours leads to the chapel located next to the Belvédère de l'Echaillon. La Cuche is designated as a hiking route for walking around the Cuche.
