Épineu-le-Chevreuil is home to the Church of Saint-Fraimbault and Saint-Antoine, which was first mentioned as early as the 12th century. Its northern seigneurial chapel was built at the beginning of the 16th century. Inside the church is a stained-glass window depicting the death of Joan of Arc, created in 1931 by the stained-glass artist Auguste Alleaume.

The Logis du Carrefour is part of the town’s historic buildings. It is protected as a historic monument; it was listed on 29 December 2023. The Logis du Carrefour is fully protected. In addition, the façades and roofs of the building attached to the north gable wall, which formerly served as a bakery, are protected.
The Circuit des passerelles describes the Manoir de la Gagnerie as a building with an L-shaped floor plan and a square tower. At the Manoir de la Cour, the Circuit des passerelles highlights the unusual stone ornamental finials on the roof slopes of its gables.
The “En Champagne Sarthoise” hiking trail passes the Manoir de la Gagnerie. It consists of two building sections and a square tower from the 12th century, referred to as a watchtower; the manor house itself dates from the 16th century.

Hiking
The “En Champagne Sarthoise” hiking trail starts in Épineu-le-Chevreuil and is described as easy. It follows a longer section of the GR®365; more than half of the route runs along paths and minor roads with little traffic.
On the “En Champagne Sarthoise” hiking trail, the Ruisseau Rigaudière is crossed first, followed later by the Vègre.
