Activities

The Centre équestre du Val de Saire welcomes visitors year-round for an introduction to horse riding and further training in equestrian sports. It offers riding lessons for adults and children of all levels, as well as rides through the countryside and along the beach.

The Centre Nautique Est Cotentin offers sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, courses and other water sports activities for all ages and ability levels.

The “Terre nourricière” circular trail is marked in yellow. Its starting point at the “Réville – Eglise” bus stop can be reached via the Cap Cotentin bus network.

Culture

Since 23 October 1997, the Chapelle Saint-Eloi in Réville has been fully listed as a historic monument. The Manoir de Réville has been partially listed as a historic monument since 5 September 1997. Protected features include the façades and roofs of the château and outbuildings, the dovecote, the entrance gate with its pillars, and the wolf pits.

The former redoubt in Réville has been partially listed as a historic monument since 6 July 1992. The protection covers it, including its ditches, in its entirety; the guardhouse located inside is excluded. The church in Réville has been partially classified as a historic monument since 29 January 1923. Excluded are the modern side-aisle area located north of the choir, the sacristy and the Sacred Heart chapel.

Archaeological excavations of a so-called “barbarian” cemetery at Pointe de la Loge in Réville have been associated with the settlement of Saxon tribes along the coast of the Cotentin.
