Culture and history
The Church of Saint-Samson has stood in Geffosses since the 11th century. Its nave dates from the 13th century. In 1923, the church was devastated by a fire, but its walls remained intact.

The nature trail at Havre de Geffosses is equipped with a screening embankment, two observation windows and information panels. The Havre de Geffosses area can be visited independently or, by prior reservation, with a guide from the Manche Department Hunters' Association.
Kitesurfing is practised on Geffosses beach. The Lessay–Créances–Pirou–Geffosses cycle route leads to Geffosses and uses green-and-white cycle route signs as well as white road markings featuring a cyclist symbol and a double chevron.
