The cultural heritage sites in Landepéreuse include the Menhir de la Longue-Pierre. It has been classified as a Monument historique by decree since 22 June 1911. The La Longue Pierre menhir is 2.40 m high and lies in the direction of Tilleul-en-Ouche. The menhir known as La Longue Pierre dates from the Neolithic period.

The Church of Saint-Martin is built of sandstone, flint, Grison stone and brick; its porch was renovated in 1755. The altarpiece is made of carved, painted and polychrome-finished wood and features half-relief, applied and marble-effect decoration.

The former Church of Saint-Pierre-du-Tilleul has been deconsecrated and is privately owned. The former church of Tilleul-en-Ouche is located on private land and can be seen from the path.

The historic site of Abbaye Notre-Dame-de-la-Couture is located in the vicinity of Landepéreuse. The Prieuré de la Sainte-Trinité monastery is also nearby. Further afield in the region are Manoir du Bois Hébert manor and Château de Mailloc castle.
