Nature
The Bonnat–Mont Gargan hiking trail runs mainly along forest roads and woodland paths. It is located in the Millevaches en Limousin Regional Nature Park and is 19.1 km long. Hikers are advised to pass by the Maquisards stele.
Getting There
The Bonnat–Mont Gargan hiking trail begins north of Chamberet on the D16. Parking for the trail is available along the road to Jougniac.
On the Mont Ceix route, follow the signs for Les Borderies in Bonnat, then turn left onto an uphill path that leads to the summit of Les Fayes Forest.
Activities
Bonnat Equestrian Centre has an indoor riding arena; it also offers trail rides and riding lessons for beginners.
