Culture
The Église Saint-Martin has been listed as a historic monument in Pollestres by decree since 4 July 1973. It originally consisted of a single-nave church and a semicircular sanctuary; it was later extended with two large chapels facing each other. The Gothic chapels give the Église Saint-Martin its cruciform appearance.
The war memorial in Pollestres on the route de Canohès stands on a moulded stone pedestal on a square granite base and bears a stone obelisk topped with a polychrome half-figure.
Those wishing to explore Pollestres between the Église Saint-Martin, YouKids and the Sentier du Grand Chêne may consider renting a holiday apartment.
