Beylot-Ferran is the first climbing sector on the left bank of the Gorges d'Héric and has 20 routes with difficulty ratings from 5a to 7a. Canoe Tarassac in Mons-la-Trivalle offers canoeing, kayaking, and, outside the season, rafting on the Orb along eight routes ranging from 5 to 36 kilometers.
