Culture

The Tour de la Madone formed part of the larger 13th-century Castrum Bellae Gardae fortification complex.

The workshop at Un Mas en Provence includes steam distillation in the on-site still and the hand-picking of aromatic plants in a flowering lavender field. Un Mas en Provence also offers tours on the organic cultivation of aromatic plants such as lavender and immortelle, as well as their processing into essential oils; visitors can tour the garden and experience a distillation.
