In Cessey-sur-Tille, traces of history, landscape and local hop culture come together. The village church features significant construction phases from the 12th, 13th, 16th and 17th centuries. By an inscription order dated 19 July 1974, it was listed as a monument historique. Since 25 April 2008, a wolf sculpture created by the artist Bol has also stood on the roundabout at Place de l’Église.

Les Six Filles is an approximately 6 km circular route that passes through the areas of Chambeire, Cessey-sur-Tille and Remilly-sur-Tille. The route, which can be travelled on foot, runs between open landscapes and the forest of Cessey-sur-Tille. Along the circular route, visitors can discover the natural and historical treasures of the Plaine Dijonnaise.

The hop garden in Cessey-sur-Tille contains just under 70 hop plants of old or local varieties, including Tardif de Bourgogne. The community hop gardens are located at Clos des Charrières near the Tille. The Houblonnière community project invites people to participate in planting and harvesting, sponsor a hop plant and help maintain the plots.
