The stone bridge Kamenný most is located in the Přívlaka district. It crosses the Jizera above the confluence with the right-bank Kopaninský potok and has three regularly formed segmental arches.
Culture and history
The earliest documented references to a local theatre in Přívlaka date from 1825. The Přívlaka cemetery was opened in 1922. Historically, it included tombs, a former mortuary, a gate and a central cross. The cemetery is preserved in its original form and is not abandoned. The Přívlacká pouť is regarded as a religious pilgrimage and a family event.
Nature and landscape
Outcrops of green schists, graphitic phyllites and laminated siliceous rocks (lydites) occur in the bed of the Jizera; graptolite finds in phosphorite concretions provide evidence of a Silurian age. The Strážník mountain is located in the vicinity of Přívlaka. The mountains Zadní Žalý, Přední Žalý and Šeřín are also located in the surrounding area.
Surroundings
The wider regional surroundings of Přívlaka include the Spalona Strażnica ruins, Zamek Chojnik Castle, the Lázně Church and the Valdštejn Church.
