Mostov: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

At the heart of Mostov is Mostov Chateau, which was built around the middle of the 19th century in the Romantic style on the site of an older building. Its history dates back to the 14th century.

Culture and History

Mostov Chateau comprises the chateau, an estate farm, a park and several wells. The former Hlinová ceramics factory is also part of the area's history: it produced mineral water jugs, water pipes, drainage pipes, bricks, roof tiles and decorative bricks. The ceramics factory was closed in 1886; its building was subsequently converted into an estate farm.

In the wider regional surroundings of Mostov are the Center of Europe monument, the Lysina, Lobezský vrch and Chrudim mountains, as well as the “Bad Brambach, St. Michaelis” church and the “Zwota, Kirche” church.

In the immediate vicinity of Mostov is the U hartoušovské cesty hill near Nebanice.

Local Character

In Mostov-Hlinová, Posezení Na konci offers homemade refreshments. Posezení Na konci is located at the end of a path near the forest in Mostov-Hlinová and provides seating there.

As of December 16, 2025, Mostov Chateau was undergoing extensive reconstruction and was not open to the public.
