The Orthodox Church of Saint Michael in Tribanj dates from 1865. The Fortress of the Holy Trinity near Tribanj-Šibuljine dates from the 6th century.
The Bristovačka mirila site on the trail near Ljubotić is considered the largest preserved mirila site and comprises more than 300 mirila. The mirila along the trail near Ljubotić are stone markers associated with a special burial custom that developed from the 17th to the 20th century, when people lived in the mountain hamlets of Velebit and earned their living mainly from livestock farming.
Ljubotić is a Velebit hamlet with a preserved traditional way of life. In the hamlet of Ljubotić, the Vrata Velebita Ethno House displays traditional tools and equipment. At the Vrata Velebita estate in Ljubotić, visitors can, by prior arrangement, visit the ethno house with a permanent exhibition on beekeeping and taste Velebit honey and other homemade specialties.
The fortress near Sveta Trojica close to Tribanj was one of the fortresses built to protect shipping through the Velebit Channel.
Local Character
The public cistern in the center of Tribanj-Kruščica stands next to the Church of Saint Anthony of Padua. Its water collection area is built entirely of stone.
