Cetina Canyon and Landscape

The coastal landscape is also part of the municipality: its coastline, about four kilometres long, lies in Vruja Bay, which is protected as a hydrological natural monument. The 89.1-kilometre “For sky fliers” cycling route leads to Zadvarje. At kilometre 38, a 3.4-kilometre climb to the village begins. Another option is the 68.3-kilometre “Cetina blues-rock” route, which passes near Zadvarje: its descent near the village runs through four hairpin bends to the Pavić Bridge over the Cetina. The livestock and goods market, Pazar, has been held for more than 300 years and traditionally takes place on Tuesdays. Pazar tradition includes markets for the feast days of St. Ante on 12 and 13 June and St. Bartul on 23 and 24 August. The covered market is intended for selling food.
