Slivno preserves, within a compact area, evidence of sacred history, rural craftsmanship and traditional everyday culture. The Parish Church of the Holy Trinity was completed in 1753 after construction began in 1734 and was expanded to its present form in 1861. Its façade features an octagonal stone rosette; stećci can be seen in the lower walls of the church.

Culture
The archaeological heritage includes the Greblje-Grebnik site next to the local road from Krstatice to Slivno. The medieval cemetery with stećci contains 32 preserved stećci, located on both sides of the road.
East of the parish church stands a vaulted chapel with a small altar and an open façade. It was built for masses held during larger gatherings and in summer.
The Kovačija Nogalo is part of the local craft tradition. It is the only surviving smithy in the Imotski area and is operated by the seventh consecutive generation of the Nogalo family. Agricultural and culinary tools are made there, including peka pots, pans, grills and fire shovels. The original Nogalo smithy from 1774 has been preserved in its original form.
