Grebaštica’s central cultural heritage monuments are the medieval defensive wall on the Oštrica peninsula and the parish church complex of St. Mary and St. Peter. Both are protected cultural assets.
Culture
The Oštrica defensive wall was built in 1497, runs across the peninsula, and is approximately 6–9 metres high and 60–80 centimetres wide. The stone parish church complex of St. Peter includes the 15th-century Church of St. Peter, built by Antonio Busato. He was one of the first architects of the UNESCO-listed Cathedral of St. James in Šibenik.
The surrounding area of Grebaštica is also home to Sveti Nikola, Barone Fortress, Fort Saint Michael and Fort Saint John.
