Kremena is one of the settlements of Slivno with designated natural and developed beaches. Natural and developed beaches are designated for the settlement itself; the developed sea beaches are accessible both from the sea and from land.

Nature
Jama Kremena in Slivno is classified as a karst cave. The bays around Kremena and along the stretch between Komarna and Klek are rated highly in terms of their readiness for tourism.
Culture
The Crkva sv. Spiridona and Gomila 7 in Kremena are designated cultural heritage sites. The Hram Svetog Spiridona was built in 1862. It was burned down during the last war; on 25 December 2000, it was restored and rededicated.
In one depiction, the Crkva sv. Ante appears on a hill above Kremena; behind it, Vjeternik can be seen at an elevation of 325 metres.

Sveti Liberan and Šibenik are located in the immediate vicinity of Kremena. The surrounding area includes Smrđan Grad, Prapratna Glava, Milakov Luk and Sveto Trojstvo. Hadžibegov Grad and Sveti Mihailo are located in the wider regional area.
