Trpinja is a village and municipality in Vukovar-Srijem County in eastern Croatia, in the region of Slavonia.
Trpinja is situated along the D2 state road, which connects Osijek and Vukovar, and approximately two kilometres northwest of Vukovar.

Culture and History
The D2 road through Trpinja, locally known as Trpinjska cesta (“Trpinja Road”), was an important site during the Battle of Vukovar.

There is also a Second World War monument in Trpinja.
