The Ričica springs in Raduč at an elevation of 595 metres. The village is also home to the permanent spring complex of Studena vrela.
The Raduč–Bunovac–Malovan trail is listed as one of three marked hiking trails for the municipality of Lovinac. A 11-kilometre forestry road to Bunovac also begins in Raduč.

Culture and History
Kalinića obljaj in Raduč was inhabited in the Late Bronze Age, as indicated by ceramic fragments found there.
The Orthodox Church of Raduč is considered to be the place where Milutin Tesla was baptised. It was also among the first local sites to be restored after Operation Storm.
Radučka Gradina is considered a ruin; only traces of its walls remain.
