Zadubravlje: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The KUD Seljačka sloga from Zadubravlje was founded in 1936. The association preserves traditional dances, songs, games, customs, and costumes.

Culture and History

A Neolithic settlement is located near Zadubravlje. It included areas for residential purposes, ritual activities, food preparation, textile and pottery production, and the manufacture of stone tools and weapons.

Five kilns for pottery production and two additional ovens for baking bread originate from this settlement. The horseshoe-shaped kilns from the settlement are considered unique examples in the Balkans.

The celebrations marking the 150th anniversary of the Church of the Ascension included an artists’ colony, an exhibition of religious art, and a Eucharistic celebration.

Landscape and Trails

The Posavina area connected with Garčin is described as a flat landscape along the Sava River with rich flora and fauna, and is considered suitable for recreation and cycling tourism.

The public trail Staza Zadubravlje is used by pedestrians and cyclists. The Brezna–Zadubravlje sport-fishing waters include part of the lateral canal and the Brezna stream. Zadubravlje is located on a motorway.
