Gramastetten combines varied trails, the Große Rodl and a remarkable density of cultural and historical sights. The area currently has 24 marked hiking trails. The church contains a votive painting by Johann Meindl from 1853, as well as a series of paintings by Hugo Gielge from 1958 that addresses wartime experiences in part. The parish church of Saint Lawrence also reaches far back into history: a document dated April 16, 1444, confirms the construction of a new parish church. By the time Gramastetten was elevated to market-town status in 1518, the new building was probably already complete.

Other historical points of interest include the Steubl Mill and Lichtenhag. The Steubl Mill is a more than 500-year-old water mill with largely preserved machinery, some of which is over 120 years old. Lichtenhag first appears in documentary records as a castle in 1455. The Augenbründl mountain spring has been documented since the 16th century.
