At the Schmankerlhütte Kreuzwiesenalm, regional specialities such as Kiblmilch, Melchcrmuas, Graukas, Zillertaler Krapfen and Zichna are offered for tasting. The hut can be reached directly by mountain bike via Gerlosberg. This means that different ways of getting around are available when planning your day: a hike to the alpine pasture, a route focused on culinary experiences or a journey by mountain bike.

In summer, extensive hikes from the Rosenalm lead across the lush alpine meadows of Gerlosberg, offering magnificent views of the Zillertal.
