Dubai Investments Park brings together several points of interest for a stay: the Dubai Investments Green Run in DIP 1, The Market in Green Community Dubai Investments Park, and specific places connected with parks and sport. You can plan your trip around a scheduled event, shopping and dining, or a broader Dubai itinerary. When choosing a holiday apartment, it is worth first considering which of these priorities matters for your stay.

Running events and sport

The fourth Dubai Investments Green Run took place on 23 February 2025 in DIP 1 and brought together more than 3,500 runners. The sixth Dubai Investments Green Run is scheduled for 21 March 2027 in Dubai Investments Park. If you are planning your trip around this date, check the event date again before making plans. DIP Soccer Ground has a natural grass pitch and adds a specific football connection to the running event.

The Market and Green Community

The Market is located in Green Community Dubai Investments Park. This shopping arcade covers 136,233 square feet and has more than 110 shops. International fashion brands and services sit alongside cafés and restaurants, a bank and a supermarket. The number of shops and individual tenants may change over time. Dining options include venues along the lakeside streets, with Italian, French and international choices as well as fast food. The Market thus combines shopping with a varied selection of food and services in one place.

The public Community Park in DIP 1 is another specific point of interest: it opened in 2022. Along with the natural grass pitch and running events, it reflects the neighbourhood’s connections with parks and sport, while The Market has its own focus on shopping and dining.

Dubai as a broader travel destination

Beyond the neighbourhood, Dubai offers further experiences. Abras operated by the Roads & Transport Authority run on Dubai Creek for both commutes and leisure trips. The Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve includes Al Qudra Lakes and provides a habitat for migratory and native bird species. Nature and birdlife offer a different focus from the shopping and sport in Dubai Investments Park.

The Dubai Frame brings Dubai’s past, present and future into view. In the historic Al Fahidi district, winding lanes lead through the neighbourhood; a walk there offers a way to explore Dubai’s cultural sights. The Museum of the Future focuses on the next generation of science, technology and innovation. The museum had announced that it would close from 1 September 2026 until further notice for a redesign; check its operating status before visiting.
